I stick with 1000. I’ve tried finer grids but I get annoyed with having to push the buttons too many times to move nodes around.4 -

I think that basic type design education is probably good for the profession. It teaches designers how hard it is to make even a mediocre type face and then they appreciate good typefaces.11 -
